15MVA Pad-Mounted Transformer project
【Project Overview 】
To successfully enter the North American market, the product must fully comply with the US standards such as UL and IEEE. For this project, we developed and manufactured a 15MVA American-style mounted transformer. The product adopts a fully sealed and fully insulated structure, using SF6 or environmentally friendly liquid as the insulating medium, featuring maintenance-free, flood-proof, and aesthetic appearance. From material procurement to production testing, the entire process adheres to US standards and has obtained relevant certifications.
This project marks that our transformer manufacturing level has been recognized by one of the world's highest-standard markets, laying a solid foundation for us to carry out more cooperation in North America in the future.
After replacing the energy-saving transformer, the factory's average monthly electricity consumption has dropped by about 15%. The no-load loss and load loss are significantly lower than the national standard. The electricity bill saved by long-term use is close to the equipment purchase cost, and the cost-effectiveness is outstanding.
