Design, supply and installation of the 110KV substation project
【Project Overview 】
The climate in Mongolia is extremely harsh, and the extreme cold in winter poses a significant challenge to outdoor power equipment. For this 110KV substation project, we provided an anti-chilling design. All primary equipment was selected in models suitable for -40°C low-temperature environments, and the secondary protection equipment compartment was equipped with reinforced insulation and heating systems.
At the same time, we extensively used prefabricated modules, such as prefabricated secondary equipment rooms and prefabricated foundations, which minimized the on-site work volume and time during adverse weather conditions, ensuring the project was completed on schedule. This substation has become one of the most reliable stations in Mongolia's power grid, effectively supporting the local mining energy development and urban and rural electricity demands.
After replacing the energy-saving transformer, the factory's average monthly electricity consumption has dropped by about 15%. The no-load loss and load loss are significantly lower than the national standard. The electricity bill saved by long-term use is close to the equipment purchase cost, and the cost-effectiveness is outstanding.
